Robert is also an experienced Engineer and Freelance Interpreter/Translator. Through his years of training and business experience, he has developed clear goals he holds dear for each client encounter: respect for others, the desire to help clients get the best and succeed, the desire to educate customers so that they become informed consumers and can make the best choices for their family’s insurance coverage.
